Community Reinvestment Project (CRP) is designed to support historically underserved communities and provides grants and loans aimed at fostering business growth, innovation, and resilience in Black, Latino, and Indigenous communities.

WHAT YOU GET BY PARTICIPATING

​Hands-On Learning & Practical Skills: Attend 2 interactive workshops focused on financial and operational capacity building. Walk away with clear, actionable steps to better manage your business finances and daily operations.

  1. Up to 8 Hours of Personalized Support: Get direct access to one-on-one consulting tailored to your specific business needs. Whether it’s help with software setup, financial tracking, or operational improvements, you’ll have an expert by your side to guide you.

  2. A Tangible Business Upgrade: By the end of the program, you’ll leave with a real, ready-to-use tool or system — like a software implementation, new workflow strategy, or financial management solution — that makes your business stronger and more efficient.

Loan Programs

Note: Nonprofits are eligible for loans only

Bakery Employee Smiling

Uplift Loan

Collateral-free loans up to $100,000

Designed to serve existing businesses (3+ years in business) that are asset-limited and therefore can’t access “smaller” loans to scale.

Working from Home

Accelerator Loan

Loans up to $1,000,000. Lack of collateral doesn’t preclude eligibility

Designed to fundamentally transform 1–2 long-standing businesses (5+ years in operation) through property/land purchase and/or significant investment into workforce, operations, and capacity.

Coffee Shop

Commercial Rent Grant

50% rent match to cover 1-year’s rent up to $25,000

Designed to alleviate the high costs of commercial rent, allowing businesses to reallocate funds toward growth-driving activities.

Freelancer

Fixed Asset Grant

Up to $25,000 to purchase necessary assets for business growth/stability

Designed to support capital investments in equipment and infrastructure that can lead to long-term business growth and operational efficiency.
