Kickoff Workshops

This virtual workshop helps Family Child Care Capital Grant grantees keep their improvement projects on track and close them out with confidence. In the workshop we'll cover:

  • Practical habits for managing payments and timelines
  • Maintaining quality through punch lists and progress checks
  • Keeping children safe while work is underway
  • Organizing the documentation needed for smooth reimbursement and reporting

The same workshop will be offered at three different times, once in English and twice in Spanish. Each session covers identical content, so participants only need to attend one.
