What is Launch & Grow?

Launch & Grow is a free small-business consulting program funded by the City of La Crosse and delivered by Revby for eligible microenterprise owners and entrepreneurs in the City of La Crosse.

The current phase of the program is centered on practical, individualized support. Rather than giving you generic advice, we start with the issue that matters most to your business and work with you to create a useful tool, plan, system, or decision framework you can put into practice.

What can we work on?

Your consulting can focus on the areas that would be most useful to your business, including:

Bookkeeping, QuickBooks, cash flow, and financial organization

Pricing, profitability, and break-even analysis

Marketing, customer outreach, website, and digital presence

Business planning, growth decisions, and prioritization

Operational systems, workflows, and day-to-day organization

Funding, lender readiness, and preparation of business financial information

Who qualifies?

The program is intended for very small businesses and entrepreneurs in the City of La Crosse. To qualify, you must:

Own or be starting a microenterprise located in the City of La Crosse

Have 5 or fewer employees, including the owner

Meet the program's low-to-moderate income (LMI) requirement

Be willing to participate in 1:1 consulting and provide the information needed to confirm eligibility

What does low-to-moderate income mean?

Launch & Grow is supported with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding, so participants must meet household-income eligibility requirements. Eligibility is based on household size and income using HUD guidelines.
