One-on-One Coaching and Consulting Work
Applicants will participate in up to 8 hours of personalized coaching through personalized one-on-one guidance to gain practical tools to manage cash flow better, simplify workflows, and make smarter decisions for growth. This program is tailored specifically for microbusinesses, offering a unique opportunity for business owners to strengthen their foundation with expert support.
Coaching time includes work on a tangible deliverable, such as tool/software implementation assistance, or other capacity building activity.
What is a microenterprise?
A microenterprise, as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Community Development Block Grant Program, is a commercial business with five or fewer employees, including the owner.

Program Qualification
This program, funded through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), is designed to support small business owners whose household income is at 80% or below the median in the City of Tacoma. Below is a table that shows household income limits for this program. Applicants must also be a business owner of a microenterprise, a commercial business with five or fewer employees, including the owner.
