Michael:
"At Revby we meet as a team on a regular basis where we are very collaborative: we're sharing what projects we're working on at the moment, some of the pain points that our clients face, and it's an opportunity for our other colleagues to have some input and have some really great collaborative conversation."

Benjamin:
"This client, it seems that she kind of wants to run before she can walk and that's something recurring with much of our clients."

Elle:
"I like to take that approach of like really asking people what their goals are and what they really see themselves doing six months and a year from now three"

Kristen:
"You know what do you want out of this do you want to run a a lifestyle business that supports you and does a good job? Or do you want to really put the energy into growing something which is a totally different ball game."

Michael:
"Have they really thought about all of those implications of bringing an investor in uh do I actually know how to apply the money is that really my strategy."

Kristen:
"Yeah, I mean if you haven't dealt with Angel Investors before you have no idea what you're getting into. They all have their own opinions about how a business should be run yeah if you're not ready they can run you over."

Alex:
"I'm curious, you said that's the only way to grow this business is to like start a franchise model I'm interested in what her understanding of franchising is but also like what is driving that conclusion."

Kristen:
"I mean she could maybe try to scale it on her own but the cash investment to try to do that on your own is kind of killer whereas franchise model the benefit is that the franchisees lay out the capital so I gave her a couple of examples."

Shaashwat:
"Having given her that knowledge she can kind of experiment and figure out what she's really looking for."

Michael:
"Yeah that's really the main priority and and then maybe in the process kind of learn well what is her vision you know where does she really want to take this."

Kristen:
"Right, and so if we can spend some time just being that ear for them to bounce it off when they don't have a co-founder, sometimes to affirm what their decision was sometimes to challenge it, I think that makes things clearer in their mind."

"Makes a world of a difference experience"
