How do Revby's values influence our approach?

For us to be a really high value consultant we need to think about the exchange, the experience, the awareness of our entrepreneur clients as as people that are multifaceted. It's not just about their business. Our values reflect that acknowledgement

We have three values: "create comfort and trust", "cultivate accountability", and "lead with excitement". These are the tenants that all Revby employees have when they are thinking about "Okay how do I set this agenda? What's the experience I'm going to have on that Zoom call?" When I'm thinking about how I'm going to present this deliverable that I created that shines through. We want to make sure that our business owner clients are continuously are inspired and that they feel good about coming on a call with us, that they're in a better place after working with us, and hopefully there's even long-term opportunities in working together.

You'd be amazed how much you can accomplish when you have those values actually at play, and it's such a more productive atmosphere. We would love to be in spaces and working with people where that collaboration is really positive and productive, even while the subject matter or what's at stake could be rather stressful.
