What's it like working with Revby?

Often people ask "What is it like to work with Revby (or a similar consultant)?" We always start with that discovery call. We are assessing where you are, what's feasible, where you where you want to be. Then we will collaboratively define how much coaching might be needed, where do we get to a focus on deliverables.

If we're trying to hit a milestone how feasible is this, or if we're creating recommendations let's not create a set of recommendations that are in spaces that you're just not going to enjoy, that you're not going to have time to do realistically. Let's see what the next best thing is, that's really our role.

What is the experience [our clients want] in working together? Do you prefer uh several Zoom calls? Is it that most of the work should be done behind the scenes? So, we have that flexibility in creating that experience for each of our clients we will create that plan collaboratively, and get to the execution phase pretty quickly as well so there are tangible results that business owners can see and that will result in really positive outcomes for them.
