Terms of Use

Effective date: August 28, 2025

By using Revby, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Using Revby

Revby provides coaching, business support, project tools, reports, shared files, and related communications. Some features use third-party tools and artificial intelligence (AI).

Please use Revby lawfully and responsibly. Do not:

  • Use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Upload harmful files or interfere with the service or its security.
  • Try to access accounts, data, or systems you do not have permission to use.
  • Upload or share content unless you have the right to do so.

Your Account and Content

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens through it. Please give us accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us permission to store, process, and share it only as needed to provide and improve the service, including through connected services you choose to use.

If you share a project, file, report, or workspace, you are responsible for that choice and for the people you give access to.

AI and Third-Party Services

AI-generated suggestions, summaries, and drafts can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You must review them before relying on, sending, submitting, or sharing them.

Revby may connect with payment, email, file storage, calendar, meeting, CRM, and messaging services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Payments

Some features are paid. You agree to the price and any taxes shown when you buy. Payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Unless we say otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or stop features at any time. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limits on Our Responsibility

Revby is provided "as is." We do not guarantee business results, funding outcomes, project outcomes, or the accuracy of AI or third-party information. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Revby is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or business interruption.

Ending Access

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, the service is misused, or doing so is needed to protect Revby, its users, or others.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using Revby after the updated terms take effect, you agree to them.
